Above price is for the basic building structure itself, featuring premium cypress siding; Western red cedar shingles on 9/12 roof pitch; true 2 x 4 interior framing; 5/4 tongue and groove fir flooring.
Because each building can be configured with a variety of window and door selections and other interior and exterior options, including paint and stain, these must be selected and added to the above price. Refer to Window/Door Options and Exterior/Interior Options for pricing.
Windows are constructed of solid mahogany with true divided lites and copper drip caps. Door hardware is hand-forged iron with hammered edges.
