This is the fun part—selecting and designing your building. The first decision to consider is the type of building you would like, both functionally and aesthetically. How you intend to use your building, together with local ordinances, will define the building size. To a certain extent, your existing home will define the aesthetics of your building so as to compliment your property. STANDARD DESIGN vs. CUSTOM DESIGN
It’s important to clarify the distinction between standard and custom design. Any variation on an existing design model we consider a standard design. This includes changing building size and materials, window/door size and placement.

A design that is altogether different in design from one of our standard models is considered custom and requires a $250 retainer deposit that is credited to your building order. We will discuss your design with you and provide you with drawings for your review. We allow for one session of drawing revision(s) after your initial review.

Please note that custom buildings are constrained in size by shipping limitations that vary according to State. In general, maximum building size is 12’ wide, 40’ length, 11’-1” height. In some instances, depending on your location and our crew availability, we are able to finish roof sections, porticos and overhangs at your site location that might otherwise preclude meeting transport/shipping requirements.
