Fully Assembled

For many the preferred choice is a fully assembled and painted model that is ready to enjoy and use the day of delivery. It’s our version of “one and done.” Avoid construction concerns. We construct, assemble and finish in our fully equipped shop in a controlled environment to ensure that everything is properly square, plumb, and level. We use top-of-the-line paint coatings and hand-finish to your color selection.

Fully assembled options are available for a selection of models shown in our Building Portfolio. These designs can be configured to best suit your requirements. You select model, size, window/door configuration, cupola, options, paint color(s). Due to transport restrictions fully assembled models are limited in size. For larger buildings we will assemble, finish and ship the building “box” with all roof components to be installed onsite upon delivery by your local builder/carpenter. Each situation is different so best to contact us to review your specific project requirements.
